Job Description
The Director, Foundation role at Medica is responsible for leading the Medica Foundation in advancing its mission, vision, and values. This includes strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, fiscal management, governance and operations, and team leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 10 years of work experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in philanthropy, nonprofit, social responsibility or related fields
Demonstrated deep knowledge of the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors, grantmaking, impact measurement, social responsibility, and community engagement
