Role OverviewThe Director, Corporate Functions FP&A serves as the senior finance partner and trusted advisor to EA's Corporate Functions, including People Experience, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development. The role leads financial planning, forecasting, investment evaluation, and performance accountability across Corporate Functions. Success in this role requires the ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear recommendations that influence executive decision-making and drive business outcomes.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary finance partner to Corporate Function executives, providing strategic counsel, financial insights, and decision support. Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning activities across Corporate Functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, planning assumptions, and financial objectives.

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- MBA, CFA, or CPA is valued
- Proficiency in Accounting and general GAAP knowledge
- 5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing finance professionals and building an inclusive environment
- Experience serving as a finance partner to senior executives and influencing decisions in a complex, matrixed environment
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights
