The Director will own P&L reporting for business areas, lead critical planning processes, and provide clear, actionable analysis to support executive decision-making. They will also develop and deliver executive-level financial storytelling, synthesizing data into compelling insights that influence strategic direction and leadership decisions.

Requirements

- MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience

- Deep understanding of financial operations
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools preferred
