Job Description
At TOPS Products, we believe organization fuels success. Our products help people plan smarter, work better, and stay on top of what matters most. We're looking for a Director of FP&A to provide strategic financial leadership and enterprise-level analytical support for our company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing enterprise-level decisions.
  • Strong background in manufacturing or operationally complex environments preferred.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of budgeting, cash flow forecasting, capital management, and profitability analysis.
  • Experience leading strategic planning processes and long-range modeling.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (D365 preferred) and reporting tools (Power BI & Essbase preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with BI and analytics tools strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
