Role OverviewDirects all phases of programs from inception through completion, responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance. Coordinates proposal preparation, business plans, and contract negotiations. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities.
What You Will Do
Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer, establishes design concepts, and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a thorough understanding of construction, manufacturing processes, and operations. Must be familiar with process and procedures related to field, with experience in Steel Shop manufacturing, unit steel construction, and ship grand block erection.
Requirements
- Apprentice Certification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 10 years of applicable, progressive technical, professional, and/or supervisory work experience
