Job Description
The National Football League is seeking a strategic, data-driven marketing leader to advance their 1:1 fan engagement strategy. This high-impact role requires a deep understanding of audience strategy, MarTech innovation, and performance-oriented engagement to personalize the fan experience and drive growth. The team operates as a Global Center of Excellence and integrates technology, data, and creativity to unlock personalized growth across all fan segments.
Requirements
10+ years leading 1:1 engagement, outbound channel marketing, journey orchestration, or personalized marketing
Proven ownership of LTV, lead generation, and revenue-driving programs through strategies that reduce churn
Deep expertise in MarTech architecture, including CDPs, orchestration tools, and marketing automation platforms
Demonstrated experience designing data-driven journeys and activating them across multichannel campaigns
Fluent in segmentation, behavioral modeling, and working with analytics teams
5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams and managing external partners or agencies
