Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive payroll experience
- Direct management experience
- Experience processing payroll for a public company
- SOX controls, audit requirements, and public-company-level rigor around approvals and documentation
- Demonstrated international payroll experience
- Direct experience managing or implementing payroll across multiple countries
- Technically savvy, hands-on experience leading or supporting new payroll system implementations, integrations, and platform migrations
- Experience operating in a high-growth, complex, multi-entity environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills; ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
