Job Description
Crunchyroll is looking for a Director, Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Infrastructure to architect and lead the enterprise operating model for Talent Acquisition. The role involves designing and operationalizing the global infrastructure that enables disciplined, data-driven, and scalable hiring.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition and / or Human Resources Operations experience
  • 8–10+ years in HR / TA Operations leadership
  • Demonstrated success architecting global TA operating models in complex, high-growth environments
  • Expertise in Greenhouse or comparable applicant tracking system and enterprise HRIS integrations (Workday preferred)
  • Experience building executive-level workforce analytics and forecasting frameworks
  • Experience overseeing global contingent workforce MSP/VMS programs and mobility strategies
  • Financial acumen and comfort partnering with Finance, Legal and IT
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional senior leaders
  • Experience in technology-enabled, media, entertainment, or comparable industries
