Job Description
To oversee the Heersink School of Medicine's grants award management, including pre- and post-award shared services activities, grant preparation, consultation, customer service, financial and non-financial compliance with legal and institutional policies, federal and sponsor regulations, and to build, maintain, and enhance cohesive and comprehensive protocols and policies.

Requirements

  • Plans, manages, and oversees all grant-related activities throughout the grant life cycle from submission to closeout across HSOM
  • Works closely with central partners on grant-related processes and systems
  • Serves as a systems designer, training specialist, and facilitator on schoolwide grant-related issues
