Director, Growth Operations

The Director, Growth Operations will be responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the centralized data environment serving Hyatt's Growth organization. This role will partner with IT, Analytics, regional Growth teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, consistent governance, and operational alignment of Growth KPI data across the organization.

The Director, Growth Operations will be responsible for data standards and definitions, data quality management, data stewardship, metadata and documentation, data access and controls, issue resolution and escalation, and release and change governance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of operations, technology enablement, CRM administration, analytics, business intelligence, or business systems experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience administering CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), reporting tools, and/or business process design
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and change management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global organization preferred
• Growth-related corporate hospitality reporting experience strongly preferred
