Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Director of Health System Planning to lead cross-functional teams and develop strategic, financial, and operational plans for targeted programs and service lines. The role requires experience in financial modeling, operational modeling, consulting, market intelligence, and data analysis. The position is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in the office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 8 years of progressively responsible, related experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Financial Modeling experience
  • Operational Modeling experience
  • Consulting experience
  • Market Intelligence experience
  • Data Analysis experience
