Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience within a home care or home health agency
- Direct experience managing home care agency operations strongly preferred
- Experience working with Medicaid-funded home and community-based services
- Knowledge of TennCare, HCBS, LTSS, and managed care operations strongly preferred
- Experience managing caregivers and office staff
- Strong understanding of staffing, scheduling, compliance, client services, and operational performance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced home care environment
