The Director, Horizon Administration will lead the administrative functions of the Horizon Juvenile Center, including managing staff, overseeing contracts, and coordinating with other ACS divisions. The successful candidate will have a master's degree in social work or a related field and four years of experience in a child care institution or group work with children.
