Role Overview

The selected candidate will serve as the Director of Horizon Administration, overseeing the daily operations of a secure detention facility. The role involves managing staff, facilities, and programs, ensuring a balanced allocation of staff, monitoring administrative contracts, and coordinating with other ACS divisions. The Director will work closely with the Executive Director and collaborate with other ACS divisions to ensure uniformity between sites.

What You Will Do

Specific duties include monitoring facility staffing, conducting analyses of facility staffing, working with the Executive Director on administrative contracts, managing performance and learning for the Detention center, and coordinating with other ACS divisions on repairs and facility maintenance.
