Job Description
The Human Resources Director provides strategic and operational leadership for HR functions across the health system, leading talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 7-10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and healthcare challenges
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • SPHR / SHRM-SCP or PHR / SHRM-CP or CHHR Certification
