Role OverviewThe Director of Human Resources will lead the implementation of HR programs, policies, procedures, and practices to attract, retain, and develop the employee base. This role will oversee the administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources functions for the site. The Director will act as a senior-level HR business partner, providing HR solutions in response to various requests and needs.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include direct and coordinate human resources activities, lead the recruitment process, identify and analyze escalated employee relation problems, coordinate with HR Segment, Corporate, and Legal on legal problems, lawsuits, and compliance issues, oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, and direct and maintain various activities to promote and maintain a high level of employee morale.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in HR leadership, with a minimum of five to eight years of experience in HR leadership or an equivalent combination of experience and training. The candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Human Resources Policy and Employee Relations, organizational effectiveness experience, and the ability to identify, analyze, develop solutions, and make decisions on complex or unique issues.
