Role Overview

The Director of Human Resources will lead and coordinate human resources activities for DRS RADA Technologies in Germantown, MD. This is a senior-level HR business partner role that will act as a resource to the business on HR topics and design and deliver HR solutions. The role will oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, lead the recruitment process, and coordinate with HR Segment, Corporate, and Legal on legal problems and compliance issues.

What You Will Do

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for direct and coordinate human resources activities, lead the implementation of HR programs, policies, procedures, and practices, and oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs. The role will also lead the recruitment process, identify and analyze escalated employee relation problems, and coordinate with HR Segment, Corporate, and Legal on legal problems and compliance issues.
