Role OverviewThe Director of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s people strategy in alignment with business goals. This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic leadership across all HR functions, lead and mentor the HR team, develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs, and oversee compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- 7+ years in a leadership role managing HR teams
- Proven experience developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
- Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and California labor laws, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and influencing at all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate organizational goals into effective HR strategies
- Experience managing HR systems, payroll, and reporting tools; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
