Requirements

  • Enforce and manage aligned human resource policies and procedures
  • Serve as the liaison to enforcement agencies
  • Manage protected leaves and workers compensation claims
  • Oversee and direct the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Consult and collaborate with community leadership
  • Develop annual departmental budget
  • Participate actively in community or organization aligned taskforce or project work groups
