Role Overview

The HR Director serves as the senior HR business partner to assigned senior business leaders, translating business priorities into people strategy and execution. This role is responsible for advising leaders on organizational design, change, talent, engagement, and leadership effectiveness while ensuring alignment to RJW's broader business and HR strategy.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned senior leadership clients on HR strategy, organization effectiveness, and people-related priorities within their functions. Define the people strategy for assigned senior leadership clients, ensuring alignment to business goals and the broader HR strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ or more years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • 2 or more years of people leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders on HR strategy, organizational design, and change leadership
  • Strong capability in leadership coaching, talent strategy, and employee engagement
  • Experience leading large-scale HR initiatives in support of business goals
  • Ability to work across leaders, HRBPs, and HR peers to align strategy and execution
  • Strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior levels of the organization
