Job Description
CRB is seeking a dynamic Insurance Program Director to oversee their comprehensive insurance and risk management portfolio. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, managing insurance programs, and building relationships with insurance carriers and brokers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CCIPs, subcontractor default programs, general liability, and bonding and will contribute to efficient claims processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance and risk management, specifically in the construction or design-build industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing complex insurance programs.
  • Strong knowledge of CCIPs, subcontractor default programs, general liability, and bonding programs.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
