Job Description
Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Director of Internal Communications to lead and elevate our internal communications strategy across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication initiatives that align with the company’s goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a cohesive and informed workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal communication, corporate communication, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including intranet systems, email marketing software, and Microsoft Office, with particular focus on MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach to leadership and communication.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
