Role OverviewThe Director will provide oversight, thought-leadership, implementation, support, and organization leadership and optimization of the technology landscape and systems supporting Finance business areas (including ERP and EPM) within the Global Technology Organization.
What You Will Do
The Director will lead the Finance IT Team, oversee system project implementations and enhancements, system configuration, integrations, managing vendor relationships, compliance, and driving continuous improvement, and initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field
- Master’s Degree preferred; MBA strongly desired
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise, large-scale Finance systems.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing in-house technical teams and enterprise applications.
- Functional and technical expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, both ERP Financials and EPM
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated executive presence with C-suite
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials configuration, reporting, workflows, security, integrations, APIs, and data management for both ERP and EPM.
