Job Description
The Labor Relations Director oversees the Company's labor relations function and will be responsible for negotiating collective bargaining agreements with multiple unions throughout the Energy Services footprint.

Requirements

  • Negotiate collective bargaining agreements
  • Collect trending data and develop proposals and strategies for collective bargaining sessions
  • Establish and implement strategic labor relations goals
  • Manage labor contract administration and interpretation
  • Prepare and propose position/response to grievance issues
  • Keep up with federal/state legislative and administrative decisions, labor laws, regulations, and policies
