Role Overview

The Director, Leader & Talent Development is responsible for designing, facilitating, and operationalizing ArchWell Health's enterprise leadership development programs, New Colleague Orientation (NCO), and other core talent development experiences. This role ensures all programs are grounded in high-impact adult learning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Lead the strategic design, delivery, and continuous improvement of ArchWell Health's leadership development portfolio. Facilitate leadership sessions, workshops, and experiential learning activities with confidence and presence.

Requirements

  • Proven facilitation experience with leaders at all levels.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership and talent programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Experience applying metrics and continuous improvement methods to programs.
  • Ability to manage complex program operations across multiple markets.
  • Minimum 5 years of director-level or equivalent operational leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in OD, education, HR, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
