Job Description
The Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) is seeking a highly adaptable and results-driven leader to fill the position of Director in the Bureau of Equal Employment Opportunity. The Director will oversee internal EEO investigations, advise senior leadership and managers, deliver training, and process employee requests for workplace accommodation.

Requirements

  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • Four years of recent full-time responsible, relevant, satisfactory legal experience subsequent to admission to any bar
  • 18 months of experience in the supervision of other attorneys, in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity, or performing highly complex and significant legal work
