Job Description
DoorDash is seeking a Director, Litigation to join our Litigation team at a pivotal stage of company growth. The role involves managing a senior counsel, handling a broad portfolio of risk management issues, and advising business partners to proactively address and resolve potential disputes.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of broad litigation experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house, handling complex commercial litigation, including class action litigation, alternative dispute resolution and pre-litigation disputes.
  • Management experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and a healthy dose of humor and humility are also essential.
  • Prior experience with consumer protection law, consumer class actions and mass arbitrations is a plus.
