Role OverviewAn effective LPRD is responsible for the protection of all company assets and achieving shortage and safety goals set for the division. This is done by supervising and promoting Loss Prevention initiatives and programs. The LPRD will ensure that all Asset Protection and Safety audits are completed in accordance with the matrix and that audits are done consistently and objectively.
What You Will Do
Directs all aspects of Shortage and Accident Reduction Goals for the Division, develops action plan for Shortage Initiative, supervises and trains all LPDMs, manages all aspects of internal and external investigations, responsible for the physical security of all buildings, manages LP Budgets, and manages all third-party relationships pertaining to Loss Prevention or Safety.

Requirements
- Experience in the successful implementation of loss prevention, shortage control, accident reduction and fraud prevention programs
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to assist the Vice President of Loss Prevention and RVP in training Ross Store management and hourly associates
- BA Degree or greater, preferably in Business, Criminal Justice or other related fields
- Two years of directly related experience may be substituted for each year of required college
