Role OverviewThe Director Manufacturing Finance, Doors provides strategic financial leadership to the manufacturing team across the business. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Finance, Doors, and is accountable for providing guidance and consultation to the Vice President Operations and other Operations leaders on strategy and driving business results.
What You Will Do
The role involves serving as a key strategist/consultant in achieving segment and group profitability objectives, leading the Global Manufacturing Finance Leaders, and providing sound business advice to Manufacturing Leaders and Finance Leaders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated leadership in manufacturing finance
- Demonstrated leadership in organizations with multiple channels and/or manufacturing operations
- Ability to function expertly in a highly-matrixed structure across functional, business, geographic, and cultural boundaries
