Job Description
The Director of Medical Group Financial Planning and Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for identifying and leading initiatives to improve financial reporting and analysis for the Medical Group and Health System. They will review, develop, recommend, implement, and monitor strategic priorities related to the Faculty Practice Plan, Health System, and all other components comprising the total Medical Group Fund.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 10 years related financial or revenue cycle experience in complex, large organizations
  • Experience in healthcare and CPA or MBA designation (preferred)
