Role OverviewThe Director, Mental Health Services will provide leadership and assistance to elementary, middle, high school, and learning community staff. The role involves providing monitoring and training on best practices for the social, emotional, and mental wellbeing of students.
What You Will Do
The Director, Mental Health Services will be responsible for monitoring successful development of social, emotional, and mental health programs, planning professional development for personnel responsible for social, emotional, and mental health initiatives, and monitoring the use of mental health services within OCPS.

The candidate should also have three years of administrative or leadership experience in a district-based or school-based position, or as a member of a school leadership team.
