Provide overall leadership and direction for North American manufacturing operations, ensure safe operations, drive operational performance, and develop and execute annual operating plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of ten years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated success leading and developing leaders in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing operating and capital budgets
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
