Role OverviewOsmose is seeking a Director of Accounting to oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including financial reporting, internal controls, and process efficiency. This role partners with Finance, FP&A, and executive leadership to ensure accurate financial insights and regulatory compliance across domestic and international operations.
What You Will Do
Lead and improve month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, partner with FP&A, provide leadership and coaching to accounting staff, and serve as a lead accounting subject matter expert for complex transactions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP
- Experience with international accounting standards and multi-entity environments
- Demonstrated experience leading complex accounting operations and managing high-performing teams
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong Excel skills
- Proven ability to lead through change, drive process improvements, and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
