Job Description
The Office of Labor Relations (OLR) within the Mayor's office represents the City of New York and its employees in the Private Sector. This role focuses on assisting the Administrator with various administrative tasks, including human resources, personnel management, compliance, and employee relations. The Associate Labor Relations Analyst will handle workforce labor issues, negotiate collective bargaining, and provide guidance on relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
