Role OverviewThe Director of Admissions is responsible for ensuring the Admissions process functions smoothly. They act in a leadership and supervisory role for Admissions Representatives and Coordinators, providing motivation, troubleshooting, and support to achieve performance and activity goals. They demonstrate and reinforce American Institute's core values.
What You Will Do
The Director of Admissions will structure, document, and implement the Company's established Policies and Procedures for Admissions. They will evaluate future students, assist prospective students through the admissions process, and ensure accurate and timely student records are created.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years minimum experience in Admissions
- Excellent written, telephone, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CampusVue
- Ability to achieve success individually and as part of a team
- Mature, positive, and collaborative interpersonal skills with both staff and students
- Possesses a thorough and demonstrable level of knowledge of school programs
- Possesses a thorough and demonstrable level of knowledge of Federal and State regulations
