Director of AI Delivery

The Director of AI Delivery will drive enterprise-wide AI adoption, accelerate AI deployment across business functions, and deliver measurable business impact. This leader will partner closely with executive leadership, functional leaders, and the AI Center of Excellence to transform business strategy into scalable AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, operational efficiency, and growth.

What You Will Do

Lead enterprise AI deployment initiatives, drive strategic AI projects, partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders, collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence, translate business priorities into scalable AI capabilities, and establish performance metrics and governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology, digital transformation, or AI initiatives
• Proven experience deploying enterprise AI solutions that delivered measurable business results
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and influencing executive stakeholders
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models, and enterprise AI implementation
• Familiarity with Azure AI technologies, Azure Foundry, enterprise systems integration, and AI-enabled workflows
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes and ROI
• Experience leading organizational change management and technology adoption initiatives
