This leader will partner closely with executive leadership, functional leaders, and the AI Center of Excellence to transform business strategy into scalable AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, operational efficiency, and growth.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology, digital transformation, or AI initiatives
- Proven experience deploying enterprise AI solutions that delivered measurable business results
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and influencing executive stakeholders
- Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI implementation
- Familiarity with Azure AI technologies, Azure Foundry, enterprise systems integration, and AI-enabled workflows
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes and ROI
- Experience leading organizational change management and technology adoption initiatives
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills
