Role OverviewLead the AI Labs technical team, developing and inspiring a small team of AI engineers, and owning the engineering execution of the AI Labs roadmap. Stay hands-on, contributing directly to architecture decisions, backend systems, and code that powers AI-driven features at scale.
What You Will Do
Lead technical scoping workshops, drive engineering across a varied roadmap, and collaborate with product, data science, and operations teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.

Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products end-to-end
- Deep expertise across the AI/ML stack, including LLMs, predictive modelling, and production data infrastructure
- Experience leading senior engineering talent
- Strong backend engineer with expertise in designing scalable APIs, working with distributed systems, and writing clean, maintainable code
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator
