Role OverviewThe Director of AIOps will lead the newly-formed AIOps function, building and deploying AI/ML models and automation logic that drive predictive, autonomic operations. The role requires a hands-on leader who can recruit, build, and lead a high-performing team of AIOps architects, ML engineers, and automation engineers.
What You Will Do
The Director of AIOps will design event correlation and noise-reduction logic, build anomaly-detection and predictive incident models, and develop automated remediation logic and self-healing runbooks. The role will also drive and implement the concept of 'L0' across Service Management, establishing a new autonomous tier in which AI-driven proactive resolutions operate.

Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of industry experience in technology operations, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- At least 2 years in a hands-on AIOps leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science) required
- Master's and relevant certifications (cloud, ML, SRE, ITIL, or ServiceNow) preferred
