Role OverviewThe Director of Maintenance is responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of fleet aircraft, performing preflight checks, and management of the employees in the Maintenance Department. The Director will maintain all logbooks and CAMP reports, ensure adequate maintenance programs are followed, and establish procedures to ensure schedulers have a current availability status on all company and managed aircraft.

The ideal candidate will have a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate, a minimum of 7 years of experience maintaining aircraft as a certificated mechanic, and previous leadership and management experience within an aircraft maintenance organization.
