Levy is seeking a Director of Banquets to lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all banquet operations at their Santa Clara Convention Center location. The role involves overseeing all aspects of event planning, team management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery, working with sales, culinary, and operations teams. The Director will be a key figure in driving revenue growth and enhancing the guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in banquet or catering management
  • Proven success managing large teams and complex, multi-day events
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
  • Proficiency in event management, scheduling, and banquet software
  • Strong knowledge of banquet service styles, floor plans, and staffing logistics
