Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Banquets to oversee and manage the daily operations of the Events Services and Set Up Department. This role provides leadership, support, and direction to the Banquet and Convention Services department and works closely with all other hotel departments and the James L. Knight Center team to ensure seamless event execution and consistently positive guest experiences.

Requirements

  • 4 Years Hotel experience with a thorough understanding of all levels of banquet service
  • Highly creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in general computer applications
  • Genuine desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
