Requirements

  • Support and manage the Event Services & Set Up Department in partnership with the Food and Beverage Team, Culinary and Stewarding Team, Events Team, and other hotel departments.
  • Supervise, empower, lead, coach, and motivate the Banquet team and management team.
  • Assist the hotel in achieving top service scores on Meeting Planner surveys through clear communication, detailed review of Banquet Event Orders, and coordination with guests and internal teams.
