What You Will Do
Supervise the Banquet team, manage staffing and training, and ensure compliance with guest expectations and Banquet Event Orders. Develop standards of productivity, maintain departmental and inter-departmental communication, and ensure proper execution of meeting specifications.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a quality-driven Banquet leadership position, preferably in a comparable AAA Four Diamond/Four Star hotel or higher.
