Role OverviewThe Director of Behavioral Health will provide strategic direction for behavioral health services, including planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that address mental health and substance use disorders. They will be responsible for developing policies, procedures, and treatment protocols to ensure effective and evidence-based care.

The Director will ensure that clinical operations meet high standards, collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and counselors to create integrated treatment plans, and maintain a cohesive care environment. They will also manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and secure funding through grants or partnerships.

Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse, BSN required.
- Minimum of 4 years management experience
- Prefer 4 Years Experience in working with mentally ill &/or addictions
- Knowledgeable of various computer programs
- Crisis Response Training, CPR
- Ability to read, write and speak intelligible English
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills
- Ability to understand basic medical terminology
