Job Description
The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) is seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Analysis to lead and oversee the business analysis function and support the strategic planning, and the successful delivery of technology initiatives that align with the agency’s business goals and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Lead and oversee the Business Analysis function, establishing standards, methodologies, and best practices for requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across technology initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts and related roles, including work assignment, deliverable review, performance management, and professional development.
  • Direct the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with agency goals, operational priorities, and technology strategies.
