Role OverviewThe Director of Business Development will lead the identification, qualification, and early capture of new business opportunities in the Federal Civilian sector, driving strategic growth initiatives and building trusted client relationships.
What You Will Do
Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic account and customer call plans, conduct competitive and market analysis, and lead responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).

Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in business development, capture, or opportunity shaping within the Federal Civilian and/or Intelligence community
- Bachelors degree (preferred, or substituted with additional years of experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes, government contracting, and competitive landscape
- Ability to build relationships, develop strategies, and drive opportunities independently and as part of a team
