Role Overview

Forbes Advisor is seeking a Director of Business Development to support the Business Development team in identifying, executing, and optimizing commercial growth opportunities across financial services. The role will report to the Sr. Director of Business Development and require collaboration with vertical managers, editorial teams, product, and commercial stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include supporting revenue growth, planning and onboarding new advertisers, building relationships with affiliate networks and media agencies, and driving improvements in business development processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a client facing, management role
  • Strong track record of building and cultivating relationships with partners across a range of verticals
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and can work autonomously
  • Is process driven and possesses high attention to detail
  • Experience across additional digital marketing channels, including affiliate marketing, financial services, social media, and native advertising, is a plus
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret performance data and identify actionable insights
  • Experience with Tableau and other data visualization, analytics, and reporting platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and their application in marketing, content, or business strategy is also a plus
