Role OverviewThe Director of Business Development will lead integrated capture strategy, planning, and execution to position the company competitively and secure new business across DoD, Intelligence agencies, and targeted markets. This role translates corporate growth goals and strategies into market-specific plans and activities.
What You Will Do
Direct capture planning, win strategy development, scheduling, and budget execution. Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify new business opportunities and develop competitive solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field, plus 12 years of demonstrated experience across the full business development lifecycle, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years of experience in DoD/Intel cyber and/or C5ISR operations.
- 4 years of experience in business development leadership at the account or large sub-account level
- Direct experience working with DoD and Intelligence customers.
- Strong understanding of the federal procurement process to include FAR and non-FAR acquisition authorities and methods such as OTAs, SBIRs, and BAAs.
- Strong understanding of the Defense industry.
- Knowledge of current cybersecurity and C5ISR technologies and issues.
- Familiarity with beta.SAM.gov and GovWin research tools.
- Experience writing, editing, and revising proposal content.
- Knowledge of the Shipley Proposal Process.
- Clearance Required: TS/SCI; Poly preferred
