Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead and execute growth strategies across a broad portfolio of regulatory practices.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in business development leadership within a law firm or professional services environment, preferably supporting regulatory or complex practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, including client targeting, pursuits, and industry positioning.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-stakes pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience developing and mentoring teams.
  • Experience supporting lateral partner integration and client transition planning.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience leveraging CRM systems and data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior attorneys, firm leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
